CITY 360 is a photo booth project that introduced a 360-degree camera into the environment of a self-photo studio, offering image results from a perspective users had not encountered before.
The project proposes a new way of engaging with photography. As the first self-photo studio to adopt a 360-degree camera, it combined the spherical distortion of the camera with a circular booth designed specifically for the project to create “planet shots,” making visitors appear as though they were standing on a small planet. The key concept of the “city” was further extended through music experienced in the physical pop-up space and through a visually articulated brand identity.
